Nomination for inclusion on the roll of Honour
Nominations to Ampthill’s Community Roll of Honour are invited each year.
i) The Roll of Honour will be awarded to a resident or someone with a long and close affiliation with the town.
ii) Candidates for the Roll of Honours should have a range of interests and be known for their work which has a community benefit.
iii) Candidates are to be alive or passed away within the past twelve months.
iv) A maximum of three awards will be given each year.
v) The Roll of Honour is to be advertised in November and January for forms to be returned by the end of February. The nominations will be considered at the March Town Council meeting.
As much as information as possible supporting your nomination should be given to assist the Council in their deliberations – please use the reverse side of the nomination form and attach extra sheets to the form if necessary.
