Cllr G Pascal was nominated, seconded and duly elected as Vice Chairman for 2009/2010.
Cllr R Holden declared an interest in the application for the rear of 81 Dunstable Street as he lives opposite the site in Preston Close. Cllr G Summerfield declared an interest in the application for Grange Stud Farm as he had held discussions with the applicant on this application. Cllr H Chappell declared an interest in the application for Dove Cottage as he knows the applicant, but as this is just a personal interest it would not prevent him from voting.

Due to the unique setting of Dove Cottage and very restricted access could a note be added to the applicants if successful that there is no loss of amenity to neighbouring properties whilst the building is under construction.
